I’m Ade (it’s pronounced like the smooth operator, Sade, without the ‘s’). I was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia and moved to the U.S. in 1999. I have been creating web and mobile products since 2004. I currently live in Portland, Oregon and I work at Esri, where I get to design ArcGIS Field Maps from the ground up.
I’m passionate about learning and creating experiences that deliver positive impact. My favorite parts of the product development process are engaging with users and problem solving with a team. I’m interested in working with a collaborative and innovative team, where I can contribute and grow my skills.
I’m working on an M.S. degree in Engineering & Technology Management at Portland State University with an expected completion in Fall 2023. In my down time, I like to hang out with my partner and our rescued senior bull terrier (Puff), read, listen to music or podcasts, walk, or drink boba.
